Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Therefore, we attach great importance to the pre-selection of woods and also the ready-made guitar models.

The wood and model selection in Spain:
Normally we select the wood for our guitars directly from the local guitar makers during our regular visits. This also applies to completed models.
This is not always possible, especially in times of Corona. Therefore we work with friends and experienced flamenco musicians and specialists in Spain to make this service possible. A pre-selection is made in the workshops together with the guitar makers for the guitar models that we add to our range and then go on a trip to Germany.

The quality check:
Every guitar that is sent by us is put through its paces and tested again before it finds its way to the customer.
Through this 3-fold quality check - once by the guitar maker himself, then by our specialist on site and finally here with us - only the best guitars leave our house.

Stable and safe shipping:

• We ship worldwide! If you have any questions about the shipment and delivery please contact us!
• We have special boxes made for shipping so that the guitar arrives at your place undamaged.
• The strings are loosened for shipping in order to avoid tension that can arise during transport.
• The prices for the shipment will be calculated automatically in the shipping process, when you fill in your address.  
• We ship with UPS and DHL, for the shipment you get a tracking ID.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time for our Guitars during "Corona-Time":

Most of the countries does not have delays in Corona-Time. Here you can find a list from UPS with informations on your country.

• European Union: we ship with DHL, please choose "International" in the Order process, the costs will be calculated automatically, depending your country (about Euro 20,-- to Euro 25,--)/ Shipping Time 2-5 days with Tracking ID
• Europe outside EU: we ship with DHL, please choose "International" in the Order process, the costs will be calculated automatically, depending your country / Shipping Time 3-5 days with Tracking ID
• United States and Canada: we ship with UPS, please choose "UPS International" in the Order process, the costs will be calculated automatically, (about Euro 95,--) / Shipping Time 4-7 days with Tracking ID
• Other Countries: we ship with UPS, the costs are around Euro 95,-- / please write us an email or Whatsapp for further informations.
